November 15, 2005

Well we made it - November 15, 2005 and our 2006 program is up and running on our website.   We want to thank Katherine Calder-Becker, who worked on an unreasonable timeline to make it a reality.  We hope you like it and are as excited as we are about the 2006 season.

Over the next few weeks, we expect there will be a few kinks to work out, so we ask that you let us know if something isn't working properly on our site, or if you are having difficulties getting information or entering an event.

Go take a look at what we have planned and remember there are big savings on entry fees if you enter before December 31, 2005.

Cheers!

Terry and Christine, and the

Somersault Crew

Greetings!

Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Support Programs would like to extend our sincere and heartfelt thanks to each of you for making a difference in the lives of kids with cancer, right here in our community!

Your participation in Somersault Promotions Events throughout the 2005 season has resulted in more than $7,000 in contributions supporting Candlelighters' CyberKids Program. This truly innovative program places laptop computers with children and youth receiving cancer treatment giving them the tools to complete school projects at their own pace and stay in touch with friends and teachers in their learning community. You have been part of a community partnership between Somersault Promotions, Rogers Television and Candlelighters that will enable an additional 4 young cancer patients to benefit from having a laptop for the duration of their cancer treatment.

" Having my own laptop was the one good thing about having cancer. I passed history this year, which was a miracle, but having the laptop let me surf the net for all kinds of neat information for my project, which I got an "A" on." ~ Eric, 16 years old

" Although I use my computer for school stuff, the thing I like best is being able to chat on MSN with all my friends, who I never get to see anymore because I have to be in the hospital most of the time" ~ Melissa, 12 years old.

Once again, a heartfelt thank you for making a difference in the lives of kids with cancer.

Thanks for Keeping Our Kids Smiling!

Kind Regards,

Jocelyn
