course description
The runners start in the water at about waist deep.  We will divide the group into a) swimmers, and b) waders. Each will start separately.

Swimmers and waders will travel parallel to the beach until they reach the 50m buoy, where they turn and run to shore.

They then run from the water to the Stadium Finish Line in their shoes (or not) which is 500m run from the beach through the park.
