The Greater Kingston Sydenham Tri/Du - Bicycle Draw
The gang at TI Cycle in Gananoque have come through again with an amazing draw opportunity for those who enter the Greater Kingston Sydenham Triathlon & Duathlon on July 4 www.somersault.ca/eventsydenham.htm

We want to express our gratitude to the generous people at T.I. Cycle in Gananoque for again coming through with a beautiful draw prize - a Guru Crono Carbon TT bike, size 51, SRAM Force group. It will fit riders 5' 6" to 5' 10" in height, and has an approximate retail value of $3800.00!

The Draw for the Bicycle will occur at 12:00 p.m. on race day. The winner must be personally in attendance at the time of the draw to be eligible for the prize, or another name will be drawn. Please note that the prize may not be exchanged and has no cash value. We urge you to visit T.I. Cycle in Gananoque to thank them for their support of the Greater Kingston Sydenham Triathlon & Duathlon - or visit them at : www.ti-cycle.com

Canadian Evening Marathon, Half Marathon, & Relays
We think this may be the sleeper event of the year (or not!) – a summer Marathon, Marathon Relay, and a Half Marathon in the evening in Ottawa - in conjunction with the Canadian Iron 226 and 113 Triathlon & Duathlon – Ontario’s only Iron Distance Triathlon & Duathlon! The races start at 5:30 p.m. (Marathon), and 7:00 p.m. (Half Marathon), and follow the same route as the Iron 226 and Iron 113 participants. Come on out and give it a go – by yourself or with a relay team of friends and neighbours. Check it out at www.somersault.ca/eventcanadianrun.htm

Our Sponsors
Please check out the many businesses who contribute to the Somersault program, on our Sponsorship page at www.somersault.ca/sponsors.htm Supporting their businesses, programs, and products reinforces their commitment to supporting healthy physical activity and events, so please consider patronizing them.

Champions Challenge
We are proud to continue building the Champions Challenge for those of you who may wish to participate in more than one event a year, and compare yourself to others like you. If you are interested in this sort of challenge, visit www.somersault.ca/championships.htm to learn more about it.

Cheers!
Terry, Christine, & Somersault Race Crew
